Hailu is one of many young Beta Israel young men who lost all his family members last year because of war.
He managed to escape the cross fire and came to Addis. Hailu is now staying in Uganda, en route to Canada, through our ministries’ help.
He is now 19 years old and lost his parents during last year’s war near the Sudan border. HIIM (House of Israel International Ministries) managed to help him to get a passport and go to Uganda to get refugee status in order to, ultimately, come to Canada for asylum status.
Hailu just arrived in Uganda last week from Addis Ababa. We will continue to help him until he settles in Canada. Thank you for your prayers and financial support that makes this type of assistance possible.
